[chord] Lifetime of Chord nodes in PL is short?

I'm sure that most of them haven't restarted, and the well-known node
which is in my site is online. Have you met this kind of problem? How
long is your experiment in PL? I have done this experiment 3 times and
the phenomena are the same. I always have to recreate the Chord ring.

Have they restarted?  is your well-known node online and reachable?
