[chord] Lifetime of Chord nodes in PL is short?

Hi,

 

I am running Chord in Planetlab with about over 100 nodes. Using vis, I
observe that the number of nodes is reduced time to time. Only in 2
days, the remaining nodes are a few. Actually, my nodes are not dead and
I can see lsd is still running in those nodes. Is there anybody gets the
answer?
