[chord] May I get the Chord source?

If you're willing to pull out another copy out of CVS, I've committed
some fixes that should at least allow chordcd to compile.  I don't
think that any of us developers has actually run chordcd in a while
so let us know if you are successful in getting chordcd to run for you.
