[chord] Chord Java implementation

I'm developing a full java implementation of chord. It is in the CVS of 
Accord project on java.net <http://java.net> site in the marco folder (CVS 
link: https://accord.dev.java.net/source/browse/accord/marco/). 
Me and project's holder are trying to integrate our implementations. 
It is still in development phase but it works.
Are you interested in looking at it and tell me what do you think about it?
