[chord] Replication in CFS

Hi,

 I'm a PhD student at Cornell University, working in P2P systems. I'm looking at Chord and I would like to know more about how replication is done in CFS. Do you have something more written about the exact replication algorithm (except the SOSP paper and Frank Dabek's masters thesis)? If yes, could you please send me the pointers to that?
