[chord] CHORD out of memmory error

SFS was compiled with dmalloc so I am assuming that I am running with
dmalloc because I do not see a command line argument for dmalloc in 'lsd'.
As for how big the process is, are you asking me how many keys are stored
or how much memmory in the system is being used for that process alone?
There have been between 128 and 1024 keys stored in the system when a node
has died. The size has ranged from 16B to 8KB per key. I am not root on
the machines that I am running the CHORD nodes. I am not sure of the
system resources that 'lsd' is using prior to crash. I am going to look
into that and post my results.
