Seminar on hot topics in operating systems

Like in previous terms there will be another seminar on recent cool papers. The papers we will read are the papers that will appear in the upcoming 15th Symposium on Operating System Principles. The seminar is completely informal and does not earn you any credits.

The structure of the seminar is simple. We will meet once per week for an hour and discuss one paper. One of you will prepare a 20 minute presentation on one of the papers; after that we will debate the merits of the paper. You can choose which paper you would like to present.

The time and place is Wednesday at 4p in Room 204.
