The roofnet-users mailing list
Roofnet users should subscribe (or already be subscribed to) the roofnet-users@pdos mailing list. We use this list to warn users about upcoming experiments, planned outages and generally keep everyone informed about what we're up to. We also maintain an archive of past postings. |

Node status/reset
Users can monitor local link stats and view their local routing table from http://192.168.0.1/. If you suspect something is wrong with the software, you may also wish to reset the local copy of the roofnet software. It takes around 2 minutes for connections to be fully restablished. |

Local network settings
Users may also modify the settings for their local ethernet port (IP address, subnet mask, etc.) using the local configuration page. If the roofnet node co-exists on the same network as a cable modem or DSL, you can turn DHCP on and off to control which IP address you are automatically assigned. |
